With him we found ourselves witnessing unexpected scenarios amidst the wildlife population of great African reserves.

Christine and Michel Denis-Huot are reknown wildlife photographers. Their work, published regularly, has earned them worldwide recognition. What sets them apart from other photographers is their intimate knowledge of animal behaviour.

Christine and Michel welcome us on board their customized Range Rover hunting for the perfect pictures through the National Parks of Kenya. We share their daily adventures learning the tricks of the trade of tracking and sighting wild animals. We witness those rare, unreal and ever so fugitive moments captured in their still images where humans and wildlife come face to face.

The African continent still contains numerous unexplored regions. Recently, one of these lost worlds was discovered in Cameroon, by a British researcher from the Kew Royal Botanical Gardens. At the foot of a volcano, Martin Cheek discovered a dense tropical forest, miraculously preserved and full of endemic plant species. In only a few expeditions, his team man-aged to inventory over two hundred previously unknown plant species, including orchids,types of coffee plants, and fig-trees.
